I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is serene, but I encountered a major issue with bedbugs that made my stay unbearable. The unit was small but cozy, and it had a unique charm to it. However, I hope they improve the beds because mine was quite uncomfortable. Not the best value for my money overall.

The room was cozy but the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. While the location by the lake is absolutely stunning, and there are great opportunities for fishing nearby, the RV sites left a lot to be desired. The cabins are quite outdated and lack basic amenities, making the experience less enjoyable than I had hoped. Overall, it has potential, but some serious improvements are needed.

Rooms
5.0
The cabin we stayed in was old and outdated, with furniture that seemed stuck in the '70s. It had a semi-functional kitchen, but it was hardly equipped for a family stay. Bugs on the beds and an overall lack of cleanliness were major downsides.

While they seem to be making an effort to improve the cabins, the RV sites were poorly designed and overgrown with weeds, making them uncomfortable.

I had a delightful stay at the resort, with clean rooms offering stunning views of the lake. The location is perfect for exploring Yellowstone and the nearby fishing opportunities are fantastic. However, I did find the dining options a bit pricey, and the campground facilities could use better maintenance. Overall, it's a solid choice for fishing enthusiasts and families looking for a base to explore nature.

The resort is in a great location, just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park and right by the lake, perfect for fishing!
Dining

The restaurant offered decent food, but I found the prices a bit on the high side. It's good but could be better for the value.
Facilities

While the facilities include a marina with boat rentals, some areas, especially the campground, need more upkeep.

6.2/10

I recently stayed at a resort that had stunning views and is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. While the location is absolutely beautiful and offers a serene atmosphere by the lake, the accommodation fell short in terms of comfort and amenities. The rooms were basic and a bit outdated, and the dining options were quite limited. Overall, it seemed like a glorified fishing camp rather than a true resort, but it might work for someone looking for a simple getaway focused on fishing.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was clean but really basic and dated. It lacked kitchen supplies which was a bit disappointing, especially for the price we paid.

The location by the lake is spectacular, truly one of the highlights of our stay. It's also conveniently close to trophy trout fishing spots.
Dining

The dining experience was quite minimal, with few options available. We managed to have a simple meal at the café, which was decent but nothing special.
Facilities

The facilities were basic and in need of some upkeep. I expected more given the price point.

The location right on the lake and surrounded by beautiful trees was stunning, but I had a tough time with the accommodations. The bed was severely worn, and cleanliness was definitely lacking throughout our stay. The staff was not very helpful when we raised concerns about the hot tub and dust. Overall, it seems like this place used to be nice, but has lost its charm and upkeep.

Rooms
5.0
The 2 room suite was spacious, but the beds were horrible and badly worn, with holes in the mattress fabric. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as dust covered surfaces throughout.
Service
5.0
Service was spotty at best, and the staff seemed untrained for customer service roles. When I raised issues about the cleanliness and the hot tub, nothing was done during our 3-night stay.
Location
9.0
The property is beautifully located right on a lake, which was definitely the highlight of our visit.
Dining
Facilities

While the property has great potential with a hot tub and a nice store, I was really disappointed with the dirty hot tub and dusty store items.
